Christmas Parade

Tonight the first Eloise and Henry float (the ranger pulling a trailer full of kids all wearing a letter sweater) participated in the Decatur Christmas Parade! Thanks to all my friends who braved the cold, buddled their kids and supported us in the parade. I had the most FABULOUS group of kids in the entire parade! We had a great time eating pizza and cookies and drinking hot chocolate before the parade started. Here is a group shot just in case you missed it!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Some of Santa’s Helpers showed up at the store yesterday and helped me decorated for Christmas! Come by and get in the spirit!!! If you are in town on Thursday night, don’t forget the Downtown Open Houses on Bank Street and 2nd Avenue! They are always fun and help get the Holidays kicked off! Come by the store for some Apple Cider and some homemade Holiday goodies! At the end of the night, I will be drawing for a Fontaine Maury Holiday gift basket! I still have a great selection of Christmas pjs and Holiday attire! Also, The Fontaine Maury Holiday line is now in and I ordered extras. I have plates, stickers, stamps and notepads. Hope to see you Thursday night!

Back to the Basics

Just in on Friday…Mary James basic white cardigan sweaters. These are great for boys or girls and would be great for those mornings when you don’t quite need your Widgeon coat! I have them in sizes 3M – 6X!

Hope everyone enjoyed the Halloween Hoot downtown this weekend. The Open Houses for all the downtown stores is Thursday, November 8th!

Highland Porch Holiday

Highland Porch Holiday just came in yesterday! Great for matching the entire family! Pick from a traditional holly, cane canes or snowman (he would be great for all winter) or pink and green Christmas trees or ornaments! Super cute!

If you are in town, don’t forget to come watch the Austin High School Homecoming parade with us at 6:00 tonight! We will have extended hours for the occasion. Hope to see you there!

Welcome to the Blog!

Recently I have started keeping up with some of my fabulous and loyal customers through their family blog sites and thought it might work for the store as well. Lots of my customers said they had friends from other towns that would love the clothes, so I will try to post pictures of the clothes as they arrive! So here goes my first post…I got new fall shipments of Mary James, Mela Wilson and Kissy Kissy this week. Below are some pictures of what just arrived:
